About Me
My approach is collaborative, rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we will build on your strengths with curiosity, empathy, and relational awareness, working toward self-compassion and meaningful change. I recognize that many struggles stem from patterns of disconnection—whether from yourself, others, or larger systems—and I aim to support you in reclaiming your voice and sense of agency.
In our work, I will meet you with unconditional positive regard, respect, and cultural humility, creating a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space. I integrate relational and feminist perspectives, acknowledging the impact of cultural narratives, systemic oppression, and past relational wounds on mental health. Through compassionate exploration, we will challenge limiting beliefs and cultivate growth-fostering connections that support your well-being.
The therapeutic relationship is central to my work, and I prioritize ensuring that you feel heard, understood, and valued. I believe the quality of the relationship—not just the techniques used—is the foundation for healing.
Finding the right fit in therapy can be challenging, so I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you determine if I am the best fit for your journey.
